All I had to do was open the box, screw the wheels into the base, stand the unit up, then swing the top shelf into place and latch it. Quick note: if you have low ceilings, you’ll want to do that final step outside!

Please don’t buy this rack if the seller is Mighti.. I received this shelf which was used, spray painted, poor quality , not the color I ordered, and 3 out of the four shelf’s would not lay flat. I’m going to share pictures. I ordered pewter color and look what I got.
